Well Our World Didn’t End On 12/21/12/ By Ellen Sweeney

thCABE32H4Well our world didn’t end on 12/21/12. So what’s next? As I see it, we just keep on keeping on and strive for the life we want. We must continue to seek our higher selves and connect with our creator. We must continue to improve our health, mentally and physically. We must continue to strengthen our relationships with our families, spouses, friends and others. We must look into ourselves to see if we are doing our absolute best to make a positive impact on our world and those around us.
The energies that are trying to pull us down and make us fearful and sad, continue to prevail. Turn on the news on any given day and you will see, hear and feel it. Don’t let it daunt you in your determined effort to find peace and happiness. Persevere and you will find your Nirvana!

About Nurse Ellen

I was born and raised and continue to live and work in Cleveland, OH. I have 3 grown children and 10 grandchildren. I love nature and outdoors. Gardening and watching all the things I've planted grow and bloom, satisfy me more than anything else in life. Any opportunity I can get, that's where you'll find me, when I'm not at work taking care of patients. I have been a nurse for 35 years. As you know this is a very stressful occupation. My goal in this blog is to share with you ways to help reduce your stress so you can live a more fulfilling life. In case you did not know this, stress is the underlying cause of most diseases, especially hypertension and diabetes. Ellen
